Information for Soccer Referees provided by CNRA - District 4 Youth Referee Program

Craig Smith, District 4 Youth Referee Coordinator, has announced Youth Referee In-Service for Youth Referees will be presented in various areas in District 4. Youth Referees are encouraged to attend one of the In-Service clinics in their area. League Referee Coordinators who are interested in sponsoring a Youth Referee In-Service should contact Craig to make those arrangements.
